Mix Dal

Ingredients:

Moong, Chana, Toor, Urad - 10- 10 gm. (equally)
Giner
Garlic
Tomato - 1-2
Jeera - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Whole Red Chillies
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Asafetida
Kasoori Methi
Sambhar Masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil

Instruction:

1. Mix entire dal and put turmeric, hing, salt and ginger garlic paste and cook thoroughly.
2. Now heat oil in pan and put jeera, mustard seeds, red chillies for tadaka.
3. Add tomato, kasoori methi and 1 tsp sambhar masala and put cooked dal into it.
4. Serve hot with green coriander.
