Palak saag

Ingredients:
Palak - 1 kg.
Aaloo - 2
Tomato -1-2
Garlic
Hing
Methi,Jeera,Saunf,mustard seeds
Garam Masala
Sabji Masala
Termuric Powder
Salt to taste

Instruction:
1. Wash palak in whole and cut it thoroughly.
2. Heat oil in pan and add hing,methi, jeera,saunf,mustard seeds and mangrail.
3. Now add red chillie and garlic and stir.
4. Put aaloo and make it brown.
5. Add garam masala, sabji masala and termuric powder in it.
6. Now add cutted palak and cook to add salt.
7. When palak become cooked then add tomatoes and cook for a while.
8. Ur palak saag is ready to serve.
